Ren Harvieu has just released a music video for her cover version of the Beatles classic Something.
Who doesn't know 'Something'? So anyone who covers this immortal classic has GOT TO get every note, every sound and every word exactly right. And Ren Harvieu does just that! She gets every aspect of the tune puzzle assembled perfectly.
The music video is simple - in fact, it could not be any simpler. It shows a piano with the pianist tinkling away and Ren singing into a microphone. That is all. That's it!
The piano introduces the first few bars, then Ren begins, "Something in the way he moves ...". Every sound, every pause, every inflection is as it should be. The Beatles should be pleased.
